US domain name service company GoDaddy has determined the IPO, whose issuing price is $20 per share, so that including debt, GoDaddy worth about $4 billion.
As the world's largest domain name service provider, GoDaddy has 57 million hosted domain, 12 million users, and data centers around the world.
